She even went missing for a while — but miraculously came back and became a part of the family. Sprout’s mom Allison told us the cute way she comes out to say “hello” every morning, and how she slept for a week after eating a huge Christmas meal!
00:00I was afraid of spiders, but that's all changed since this little girl ventured into our home.
00:04She's a bold jumping spider, and we've noticed her living in our school bus for the past few months.
00:09She knows I won't hurt her and will crawl right above our heads to say hello.

00:18She spends a few hours hunting for bugs and then climbs up onto the ceiling and disappears for the rest of the day.

01:40This will be our first time feeding her, and she must have been pretty hungry because it only took her a matter of seconds to realize it was food.
01:46I'm so happy because she found the walnut, and she tucked herself inside, and has been sleeping ever since.
01:59After eating a large meal on Christmas Day, she created a new hammock inside this nook and slept there for an entire week.
