How do you handle the management of calls when you have calls to make in different time zones.
Is there a way to have them appear next in line only if they are in a time that is relevant?
I.e. I don't want US calls to come up on my list of calls to make when it is before 9 AM for that part of the US.

With a large sales team and hundreds of leads coming in weekly, How are you managing the team and lead flow while making sure to keep call valume high and not letting leads fall through the cracks.
It seems like we have so much going on and so many different products we sell and so many people do so many different things and the system seems to be black and white in most areas and for the most part, we need the grey area and cross over.
