"Easy and just works."

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

It's the best and least obtrusive online backup I have found. Always sinks quickly when you reconnect to the internet so you don't have to worry about incomplete backups. Love the high level of security as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

Really don't have any complaints. Installer was hard to locate at first install, but that's really it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

Best part of Axcient x360 Cloud is how easy it is to get setup for Office 365. It is a few clicks and then authorization and it is integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

Axcient X360 is a great product.

It works without fault. We're backing up some big customers O365 environments and never get any failures or concerns.

It's easy to setup, just a few clicks and the backups are starting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

Once the intial setup is complete, there is a bit of time to wait for that first backup to be taken.

What problems is Axcient x360Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use M365 email Solution to back all clients outlook inbox, If any of client delete their emails and want those email later in future we can't recover any emails or account after 30 days. "Great Platform but recovery can be an issue"

What do you like best about Axcient x360Cloud?

The platform is a set and forget type service which we liked. Implementation was quite seemless and all seemed well until (see other feedback) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Axcient x360Cloud?

Until.... we tried to recover from x360. Although Im not a technical engineer (I leave that to our technical support people here) , there were a number of issues with several of my clients when attempting to recover data. I dont know the specifics but our recovery rate was 60% recover to 40% not recoverable which was troubling. As a result we switched platforms at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just yesterday I needed to use the product to investigate a claim that tons of files/folders went missing. Using the comprehensive backup timeline, I was able to show that the data never existed in the first place.
