Overall the app is great for generating forms. I use it for interview questionnaires, time sheet recording, and application inventory. One thing I dislike about Formaloo is how GDPR is handled. There are certain 'keywords' that trigger GDPR compliance. If you happen to use one of the keywords for example 'password' the app will lock you out. The only way to re-enable to contact support. It wouldn't be so bad if it were just the one form and you could edit it..but all forms will go offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most important feature is to create an APP of your multiple responses and also can give different user access levels to that app. I am sure Formaloo will beat the market very soon. After all these months, I still find the visual flowchart-like logic/conditions builder super resourceful. You can easily see how various sections of the survey flow and connect, so you can promptly spot where you have made wrong connections and thus correct them. It used to be the lack of tutorials. But that ceased to be the case when the team ramped up comprehensive demo tutorials. It isn't a mere survey creation platform, so without quality guides, users like me only scraped the surface. Of course, that was frustrating for me. I use android. The mobile phone application is not very stable. Sometimes need to shut off and reopen it to load the form properly on mobile app.

The logic function of the survey is not as intuitive.

I like that there are so many templates to help get you started. It's easy to update the templates for my needs. Every time I log in, there's a brand new template for me to choose from. I don't have a downside to using Formaloo. If I had to pick something, I guess it would be that there are so many choices that I sometimes get stuck as I evaluate which template or idea is best for my project.
