What do you like best about Forkable?

Started with Forkable in 2017 and have continued with them throughout my time at 2 small-medium size companies. Highlights in order of importance:

Customer service is friendly from the start, attentive, and pro-active. There is little I need to think about and if I screw up by cancelling everyone’s meals, the team catches it minutes later. In general, support emails get turned around quickly and I can always count on that.

Quality of restaurants and delivery make them an easy choice to carry over as I start at new companies. Variety, quality and packaging keep employees happy. Delivery couriers are usually very pleasant and always on time.

User experience is also easy and appealing. I’ve never had an employee find Forkable confusing. As an admin, it’s easy to manage from start to finish - add new people, set holidays, order on behalf of an executive. I can download files quickly for full visibility, such as members list and invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forkable?

What do you like best about Forkable?

The setup and maintenance processes are simple (both from an admin and end user's perspective). The food is delicious. The Forkable team (especially Jared) are fantastic to work with and are super responsive to all questions and requests. It's just been a completely positive experience. What do you like best about Forkable?

I really enjoy the ability to reach out to a human contact at the company who, in real time, would be able to help us correct any mistakes, give us etas if/when any delays occurred and in general could help implement any changes we needed for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forkable?

I wish that they would, by default, provide their drivers with a cart. Upon request they did give our regular drivers their own carts to use when delivering our meals, however any new drivers would still be put in a position where we needed to meet them at their cars/our doors with our own cart to help facilitate getting the meals upstairs before their parking was invalidated. What do you like best about Forkable?

Forkable has made lunch easy, fun, and delicious for our small company. We are no longer limited to the restaurants in our neighborhood or by the common preferences of our team - with Forkable, everyone gets to pick what they want. They're also super accommodating to dietary restrictions: as a vegan, I often have trouble finding options or can't eat at restaurants other team members would prefer; Forkable always has good options for me and makes it clear and easy to find and adjust meals to fit my needs. Their customer support has also been terrific, whenever I've had a question or an issue they've responded immediately and resolved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forkable?

I haven't had any issues with Forkable - they've made lunch so easy for us and are incredibly flexible, so everyone on our team has been happy to use it and can opt out whenever they choose. They've even improved in the time since we started with them, adding more options for substitutions and dietary restrictions, as well as switching to compostable packaging.
