one area that could use improvement is its mobile app functionality. Although the software is robust on desktop, the mobile app can sometimes be less intuitive and may not have all the features available on the web version. What do you like best about Procare Solutions?

Procare offers a few different platforms that meets the needs of various companies. The platform I have experience in is School Care Works and Procare Desktop. Both options are very user friendly and allow the user to customize pieces to reflect the need of their business. Overall we have enjoyed the wide array of reporting available and the dedicated support. Even with recent issues mentioned, the Procare team is a great partner and dedicated to making our experience the best it can be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procare Solutions?

We have had difficulty with recent support requests. Questions are answered quickly but unfortunately, there have been several responses where the support rep did not seem to understand the system or how their end user uses the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How easy it is to use for myself, the teachers and the families. I also like that it has everything we need, including billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The glitches it sometimes have. I knwo it's hard to avoid them at times. I think the biggest dislike was when some families were billed double the amount last month. It caused a panic for those families and they were not happy about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
