Sociabble delivers top of the line, mobile-first enterprise solutions for internal communication, employee advocacy, and employee engagement. A Software as a Service (SaaS), our platform aggregates content sourced from official company channels (social networks, company websites, etc.) and curation platforms, as well as content suggested by platform users (UGC) and administrators. Content is personalized and organized into themed channels and may be viewed on mobile, desktops, intranets, enterprise social networks, and display screens. The authorized content can be shared with one click to the user’s social media profiles. Beyond content consumption, employees can also engage with built-in quizzes and surveys. Sociabble uses user activation, rewards, and recognition on various levels of the user experience to maximize engagement. Sociabble’s unique employee communication and advocacy platform makes communications easy, quick, and engaging. Employees are better informed about company news, updates, and their workplace – leading to a more engaged and influential workforce. From timezones and translations, to disconnect employees and comms infrastructure barriers, our app has had a positive, sustained culture shift and helped connect employees in ways that were not otherwise possible. What do you like best about Sociabble?

I most like Sociabbles' intuitive platform and dynamic ways to access it. This is especially helpful for employees who do not work at a computer. The sales and onboarding/implementation process were also top-notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sociabble?

I have not encountered any notable issues. Throughout the sales process, I have disliked saying goodbye to each of the talented Sociabble team members that I worked with in the previous step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sociabble is helping us to solve the issue of needing to provide real-time updates to our employees. Our footprint covers six states in the US and is rapidly growing. Historically we have issued a one-a-month newsletter with updates from the previous month. Not only were updates not timely, many of our employees did not have the ability to spend the time to read a 20 page update. Sociabble's real-time update style platform allows employees to stay up-to-date each day and to also make their voices heard with the ability to post updates from their own area of the business. What do you like best about Sociabble?

The culture within our company is strong, and part of what makes it special is the interaction that we have from home office to the field. When we lost that ability late last year, there was a big missing piece of the puzzle that needed to be filled. Enter Sociabble - now we have a platform dedicated solely to engaging our employees, celebrating recognition and collaborating wherever we are all located geographically that is user friendly and easy to use. From the beginning, the team worked with us to tailor how to launch and implement the platform in an engaging and meaningful way and provided us with all the support we needed. What do you like best about Sociabble?

Sociabble is an intuitive platform that allows us to promote employee advocacy actions to our 600 employees in France and internationally, by precisely targeting audiences.

What do you like best about Sociabble?

I really like that Sociabble is designed to be an internal social media platform. Sure, gamification is important but the presentation is how user will stay captivated. I also really like the dynamic features with automating newsletters to employees. This is extremely helpful.

When it comes to user functionality, one of the questions I get is "What's the performance of my content when I share?" Having this built in for each users gives them analytics for thier specific platform, while not feeling intrusive.

From an executive presentation perspective, metrics are key. Its how we measure KPIs, success, etc. But on feature is the ability to build in the advertising cost. This shows my executive stakeholders two things: 1) Employee advocacy has a greater effect on audicne conversion and 2) We don't have to spend on every piece of social content when our employees authority in thier spaces are great. What do you dislike about Sociabble?

I don't like that a digital asset manager isn't included in the intial offering. That's pretty important when you want to cross promote and not want to upload every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
