What do you like best about Soldo?

- Integration with accounting software

- Single-use cards

- Automated prompts for receipts and expenses evidence

What do you dislike about Soldo?

We are on the old subscription model where payment is per card. The new model where payment is per user is much less suitable for us as our organisation is a charity with many active volunteers who only give a little time and make a few payments per year. It is not worth giving them a named card, but issuing single use cards to them or giving them access to a team card is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The web portal starts a countdown when not in use for a few minutes. Understand why, but could last few minutes longer before countdown begins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

I like how simple it is to use the platform. Easy to apply for cards, upload receipts and the platform integrates with the company's accounting software Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I sometimes find it annoying that cards are deactivated for security reasons. I had 2 instances in which 2 different cards were deactivated when the card user attempted to purchase some products from an EPOS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

THat you can save receipts as you make purchases and you can set up monthly target spend and cap them.

Recommendations to others considering Soldo:

Get different Wallets setup for different sites if needed, makes the admin and accounting a lot easier in the long run.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Since we started using Soldo the management of business expenses has become much easier, the fact that each user is manageable and accountable for all expenditure is great. The functions available, especially the attachment of receipts means we are saving time on dropping copies off in the office and all expenses are easily viewable. All those with Soldo cards are really happy that they are able to view balances on their personal mobiles and how easy it is to notify the office if they need additional funds.

from an administration perspective, adding and removing users, card limits, adding money and using the platform is so easy and far better than any direct bank credit card facility I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I wish there was the ability to add a bank card on so that I didn't have to create a manual transfer each time I want to top the wallet up but that is only a small dislike on a platform that is overall, brilliant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
