It’s almost time for the NBA to get its 2025-26 season underway, though this year will look a little different for fans. Tuesday marks the beginning of the league’s new 11-year media deal with Disney, NBCUniversal and Prime Video. It’ll further advance the NBA’s pursuit to grow its digital presence through exclusive games on Peacock and Prime Video. However, the deal magnifies an already pressing issue affecting sports fans: fragmentation and the frustration of not knowing where to find a game. NCTA - The Internet & Television Association wants to shed light on the critical recovery efforts that take place when areas are hit by natural disasters. About those FCC data breach regulations... In August, a court ruled 2-1 in favor of upholding the agency's order. NCTA - The Internet & Television Association, USTelecom | The Broadband Association, CTIA and others were rallying against it, and they filed a motion for a rehearing following the decision.
