    Andy Seavers book Future Firm / Fossil Firm is one of the best — if not the best — books I’ve ever read on what firms should be doing in today’s environment, and on the challenges they currently face.   In one passage, he lays out exactly what you and a couple of your leaders MUST do, and he nails it when he says successful firms operate from entirely different mental frameworks. It’s how they think about change that is the one-E formula for a future firm.   Seavers has greatly influenced how we serve our clients. At the Case Status Summit, it was less about hearing from Andy and more about reflecting on how we can improve. His new book, Future Firm / Fossil Firm, is a must-read—cutting to the core of what law firms need most right now.
