Such a lovely and insightful panel at Retail Summits, where I shared the stage with Lemon Fuller, CEO at Lemonade Dolls , Amy White, Head of Digital at Paradox London and Layla Sargent, Founder at The Seam. “Exploring the Future of Fashion & Apparel in Ecommerce” allowed us to talk across a number of topics such as AI, authenticity, community, creatives, personalisation, CX, loyalty, customer acquisition and retention.
