(McKinsey) But for that growth to be inclusive, customer support must work for everyone, including the more than 1.3 billion people globally living with disabilities. For blind and low-vision consumers in particular, traditional customer service channels often fall short, which creates friction, frustration, and unmet needs. The AI customer services market size was valued at $308 million in 2022 and is expected to surpass almost $3 billion by 2032. (Tidio) Customer service succeeds when people get clear help quickly, at any hour, in their own language, and without extra steps. AI can deliver that standard at scale. The strongest results appear when conversational AI pairs with vision AI, so customers can share an image of the issue, receive precise guidance, and get a resolution in minutes. In our latest blog, we define what AI in customer service means, explore five key benefits and introduce Service AI. Read the blog: https://lnkd.in/eag74a_A

On White Cane Safety Day, we highlight that true accessibility is a continuous, human-centered effort. After delivering more than 1,200 successful calls on the Be My Eyes app, we asked some of our incredible Zainers to share their practical etiquette tips for interacting with individuals who are blind or have low vision. We encourage you to hear directly from them about the small things that make a huge difference! Let's continue to ensure accessibility is part of everything we do; whether it’s a physical space, a digital platform, or the human experience we create together. #WeAble #WeAble2030 #ImpactThroughInclusion #BeMyEyes #WhiteCaneSafetyDay
