About us

EcommOps is the third-party logistics provider of choice for DTC e-commerce brands with China-based supply chains. Located in Shenzhen, China with offices in the EU and United States. Before working with EcommOps, e-commerce brand owners with manufacturing in China struggled with constant instability in their supply chain. As a result, their sales potential was severely limited by poor quality or dishonest suppliers and fulfillment providers. EcommOps provides a better alternative. The supply chain is the foundation of any e-commerce business. We respect the entrepreneurs who put in endless time and effort to build the business of their dreams. We believe they deserve a better Chinese supply chain solution which enables them to market and build these brands to their true potential. We take care of everything from direct fulfillment (with parcel delivery as fast as 4 to 8 days to customers worldwide), to factory relationship management and product sourcing. And we provide full transparency, so you know everything that is happening. We work as your partners on the backend, so you can focus on what you do best. EcommOps built its operations from the ground up. We consist of experts with decades of experience, and we are all focused on serving our clients. • 🚨China tariff update after Trump’s April 2nd Speech and Executive Orders 🚨 Here’s what we know so far: ☑️34% additional Tariffs on China - that is on TOP of 20% tariffs from previous rounds AND base duties (but right now, there is still uncertainty on if section 301 tariffs still apply in all cases) ☑️De Minimis treatment for packages from China is announced to be eliminated on May 2nd, 2025 The De Minimis elimination is, of course, the most critical consideration for DTC parcel shipments from China.  YunExpress has also confirmed that their planned US DDP line should still work, though to expect higher prices given the additional tariffs As of now, no one is certain of: ➡️Will there be further delays on the date of the De Minimis elimination? ➡️What the true impact on custom clearing will be if De Minimis will be eliminated. ➡️What DDP options and pricing will look like exactly. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide a more detailed update next week. If you are shipping to the United States, please ensure that all your HS codes for all your SKUs are updated and correct in the coming weeks. If any of the above is unclear, watch this YouTube video first, as the basic concepts still apply: https://lnkd.in/e9yuwjmX Formal sources of the updated executive orders: New Tariffs: https://lnkd.in/gV3h2-_d  De Minimis Elimination:

  • Not all warehouses are built for fulfillment. At EcommOps, we keep inventory levels low and prioritize efficiency. Because fast, accurate fulfillment matters more than storage space. Check out Simon de Raadt’s take on why a fulfillment warehouse is not just a storage warehouse. #EcommerceFulfillment #DTCLogistics #SupplyChainEfficiency #3PL #ChinaFulfillment

Among 3PL providers, this topic is often misunderstood. Many warehouses showcase the size of their facilities in square meters or square feet in their slide decks. To me, this means nothing. A warehouse storing large amounts of goods doesn’t necessarily mean it efficiently fulfills a high volume of orders daily. A storage warehouse is not the same as a fulfillment warehouse. We take pride in keeping inventory levels low so we have the space to focus on fulfillment. During peak times, things get a bit tighter, but our warehouse floors are optimized for efficiency. We don’t have towering racks reaching the ceiling. Instead, we use easily accessible shelving for faster order picking. Our focus isn’t on excessive inventory but on timely inventory. You don’t need a full container load to start with China Fulfillment, just enough stock for 1-2 weeks of sales orders is sufficient. How to 10X your Ecommerce Supply Chain from China. This secret is unknown to many Ecomm Sellers. You don't have to purchase stock in bulk to get a better deal. The only thing a factory cares for is having consistent orders. If you can purchase 20,000pcs per month all year long your supplier will give you more favorable payment terms and prices. Why?  1. They don't have to manage production spikes 2. They can produce based on daily capacity 3. They can have a dedicated production line with a stable workforce 4. They can buy raw materials in bulk without taking any risk Our clients are using this strategy and you should too. Your factory will not advise you on this. Start with these simple questions to your supplier: 1. What is your daily production capacity? 2. What is the longest lead time for any of the raw materials? 3. Can I buy this raw material in bulk? 4. Can I commit to a monthly order volume and pay whenever the goods are leaving your factory (or even a little later)? 5. How many pieces can go into a small truck? Let me know how it goes. Because this is a true game-changer. #EcommerceGrowth #SupplyChainOptimization #ChinaFulfillment #DTCBrands #BusinessHacks

Fulfilling orders from China for Global D2C Brands the Right way President@EcommOps | China Fulfillment | Small Parcel Logistics | Speaker | Mentor | Author

For ecommerce brands shipping directly from China to customers, China fulfillment offers unique advantages: 1. Cost Efficiency: You don't have to buy container loads of inventory which means more cash flow to run your business. 2. Scalability: China’s robust infrastructure allows businesses to scale rapidly without worrying about logistics bottlenecks. Orders are being delivered in 5-8 days to all developed countries. 3. Access to Global Markets: Fulfillment centers in China help brands easily tap into international markets, from North America to Europe and beyond. 4. Expertise in Cross-Border Logistics: China is the global leader in manufacturing, and its fulfillment solutions are built to meet the demands of global eCommerce. The infrastructure is built around factories, which are built next to the raw materials the factories use. By leveraging China’s fulfillment networks, brands can streamline operations, reduce costs, and scale globally. 🌍📦 #ecommerce #Logistics #ChinaFulfillment #GlobalShipping #SupplyChain

  • U.S. Tariff Updates Continue 🚨 De Minimis Elimination is PAUSED for Canada and Mexico. The new 25% tariffs apply for Canada and Mexico starting today, March 4th. Many have asked if the de minimis rule is eliminated, as well, which may indicate U.S. customs will be preparing to eliminate de minimis for China small parcel shipments. Happy to report, as of now, the de minimis rule still applies for goods under $800 declared value even as the new tariffs go into effect. We take pride in keeping our clients up-to-date and will continue to also share updates across socials as these changes develop. If you're an online brand owner looking for support, reach out to see if you are a fit for our China fulfillment services. Ship from China the right way with EcommOps. • 🚨Feb 28th US Tariff updates from Dayu Yang 🚨 (and some positive news) 1️⃣ Trump announced an additional 10% tariff on Chinese-made products. This is on TOP of the original 10% additional Tariffs previously enacted and any existing duties. https://lnkd.in/erpuNCTP However, the elimination of the $800 de minimis rule is still ON HOLD until further notice.  This means that the new tariffs still do not affect DTC parcel shipping or DDP freight but DOES impact anyone utilizing traditional DDU freight.  2️⃣ Yunexpress has confirmed the success of its initial test of its DDP method for the US in preparation for potential elimination of the de minimis rule once again.  The positive news is that the pricing is quite reasonable at a currently expected 8rmb (~$1.10) per kg increase over its standard line. And currently, there will be NO additional duty or customs fees on top of this increase. The customs clearing / formal IOR will be handled by Yunexpress themselves and NOT the responsibility of the seller or the end customer. Last mile shipping labels will be affixed AFTER customs clearing, so this approach should be legit / no risk to sellers.  The negative news, however, is that this method does NOT support battery or cosmetic products, which they are still working on solutions for.  Note that this line is still in its testing phase and not publicly available, so details may still change. Though there is no reason to use this line anyway while the de minimis rule still applies.  However, this is a very positive indication that there will be reasonable solutions even if de minimis elimination returns.  Will keep everyone updated as we learn more next week.  ⚠️If you're out of the loop on the above, make sure you watch this video first: https://lnkd.in/eYm4fsPN #Ecommerce #Tariffs #USTariffs #DTCShipping #Fulfillment #Logistics #ChinaTrade #DeMinimis #SupplyChain #GlobalTrade #ShippingSolutions
