An informative session with CyberCX and CFO Magazine A/NZ joining forces to educate CFOs on the latest in cybercrime. #cyberawareness #fraudprevention #paymentprotection
CyberCX's Chief Financial Officer Kevin O'Sullivan joined a webinar with CFO Magazine A/NZ and Eftsure to share his unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities CFOs face. "The cyber threat landscape is always evolving, so we need to remain vigilant all the time," said Kevin. "From my perspective as a CFO, we need to make sure that our risk management role extends beyond the financial and operational risk management and includes cyber threats." Kevin said he believes CFOs have a crucial role to play in supporting programs that mitigate cyber risk. "We have a voice and we need to use that voice in driving cyber resilience," he continued. "I think in doing that we need to be comfortable in understanding our organisation context, our cyber risk profile, which allows us to determine our risk tolerance and investment in cyber resilience."
