Being authentic sounds simple — yet it’s one of the hardest things to practice. In the latest Swadhyay (self-study or self-reflection in Sanskrit) session at Evonik India Research Hub, women colleagues came together to reflect on what authenticity really means. Led by certified EQ coaches, the session inspired honest conversations about the barriers, risks, and the liberating power of being true to oneself. The workshop focused on authenticity — living true to oneself in a world that often rewards conformity. Participants shared how authenticity often requires courage — the courage to show up as we are, even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain. Through open conversations, self-reflection, and emotional intelligence tools, participants discovered that authenticity is not about perfection, but about embracing vulnerability and staying aligned with one’s values. This E-Shakti 3.0 session built on our ongoing journey of personal growth and self-discovery through Swadhyay, our DEI-led platform for women that focuses on wellness, empowerment, and leadership from within. At Evonik, we’re proud to nurture a culture where women thrive, grow, and lead with confidence — bringing their whole, authentic selves to work every day. 💜 #Evonik #LeadingBeyondChemistry #FollowUsBeyond #DEI Prachi Mankame | Ritisha Singh | Debika Chaudhuri
