    Booking 1 demo shouldn't require 3 hours of work. This problem is destroying SDR efficiency today. - They spend 1 hour building an account list - They spend 1 hour building a contact list - They spend 1 hour finding emails and phone numbers 3 hours in and they still haven't made a single phone call or sent an email. Sure, some reps may move a little faster, but the amount of time SDRs are spending on administrative work is unrecognizable to when I started in B2B sales in 2012. We spent over 90% of our time making phone calls. The pathway back to efficiency is simplification of tools. For example, a BDR at Oracle switched to Lusha and is now crushing his 35 meetings quota with the time saved. Outbound doesn't need to be an administrative nightmare. But it will be as long as you're drowning in too many tools. Less is more, but you need to pick the right one.
