Campfire just raised a $65 million Series B to accelerate building the AI-native ERP for finance & accounting teams. This follows a $35M series A just 12 weeks ago, bringing total funding to over $100M. After leading finance at Adobe, Bill.com, and Invoice2go ($625M exit), founder & CEO John Glasgow felt the pain of legacy ERPs firsthand. Campfire reimagines how finance and accounting teams work - helping them close faster, unlock insights, and scale smarter. With Campfire, customers close 5× faster, reclaiming up to 144 days each year. Campfire has seen dramatic 10× growth YTD, powers companies listed on the NYSE, and has successfully migrated teams off SAP. They have also earned the trust of industry leaders, including Replit, Decagon, PostHog, Heidi Health, and Klarity. Congratulations to the Campfire team on their Series B! https://lnkd.in/gevShJ8K

I’m thrilled to announce Campfire's $65M Series B co-led by Accel and Ribbit Capital, bringing total funding to $100M in only 12 weeks. 🔥 Since our Series A, the momentum has been humbling. We’ve grown revenue 10x YTD, completed migrations off of SAP, and have customers including unicorns like Replit, Decagon, and PostHog. This round only accelerates our mission: elevate accounting from transactional to strategic. Alongside this round, I’m proud to share that Campfire is the first ERP to launch a foundational model trained exclusively on accounting data: LAM (Large Accounting Model). Purpose-built for precision in finance automation, LAM delivers 95%+ accuracy across reconciliations, variance analysis, and close workflows, giving finance teams the confidence to move faster with trust in every result. The round was led by John Locke, Christine Esserman, and Chandler Kallas at Accel, and Nick Shalek and Jordan Angelos at Ribbit, with new and continued support from Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, and QuantumLight (Nik Storonsky, Founder & CEO, Revolut). We’re also thrilled to announce new angel investors that are as excited as we are about the future of finance, including Karim Atiyeh (Co-Founder & CTO, Ramp), Brad Floering (VP of Finance, Snowflake), Steve Sidhu (Controller, Clay), Scott Buxton (CFO, Supabase), Naeem Ishaq (Former EVP, CFO & Chief Strategy Officer, Checkr, Inc.), and many more. To our customers: thank you for your trust, partnership, and belief in what we’re building together. And to the Campfire team: thank you for your unwavering dedication to reimagining how finance & accounting teams perform their work. The next era of ERP is here. 🎥 Watch the full Series B + AI announcement video below. As I tell the team, it’s still day zero at Campfire. The best is yet to come. 🔥

When I was a finance exec, the whole notion was that the path to IPO was on NetSuite. That narrative is changing. NetSuite paved the way for a generation of finance leaders, myself included. “Moving to NetSuite” has always been a rite of passage - it meant you've made it. I have a ton of respect for what they built. In the early 2000s, they set the standard for what finance should look like. But the market’s evolving fast. The new generation of companies, especially in tech, are looking for something different. They want a system that moves as quickly as they do. That's why we built Campfire. So for SuiteWorld, we thought we’d have a little fun. This week we took Vegas, telling finance leaders we're in the ring and ready to take a swing. Because for the first time in a long time, the path to IPO doesn’t have to run through NetSuite. For our rapidly growing roster of pre-IPO and public customers, it's on Campfire. 🔥

Today we’re announcing $65M USD in Series B funding, led by Point72 Private Investments with continued support from Blackbird, Headline, and LocalGlobe. But this raise isn’t about dollars. It’s about time. In just 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours back to frontline clinicians by removing the administrative burden that takes them away from patients. With this new funding, we’ll go further — from AI scribe toward AI Care Partner, automating documentation, evidence search, and follow-up communications. To support this mission, we’re growing our teams in the US, UK, and Canada, welcoming two new leaders — Paul Williamson (CRO) and Dr Simon Kos (CMO) — and extending our footprint across Europe, Africa, and Asia. This raise is fuel for the future of healthcare. Where every clinician has an AI Care Partner by their side, and no one has to choose between capacity and compassion.
