    Ce matin, nous avons eu la chance d’organiser un workshop avec nos partenaires Jamf & BoucheCousue  🙌 Un super moment pour rencontrer plusieurs de nos clients et leur présenter les nouveautés produits. 🎯 Focus de la session Siit : notre Agent IA✨ autonome, capable de résoudre directement les demandes de support niveau 1 et d’offrir une expérience employé simplifiée. On a pris des cas concrets que les équipes IT rencontrent au quotidien, demande d'accès, problème de mot de passe, demande d’équipement .... et on a montré comment l’agent pouvait y répondre automatiquement. 🙏 Un grand merci à nos clients qui ont répondu présents : leboncoin, Believe, Voodoo, Swan.
