When we’re building B2B companies, we often talk about the impact our products have on customers’ growth. But my favorite stories are the impact we’ve had on customers’ careers. Alongside this pretty incredible story about how Suralink customers are seeing above-average growth rates, I’ll share a story from a customer lunch I had a couple of months ago. It was actually the first customer I took out to lunch - a partner from a top-100 firm here in DFW. I knew he was the one responsible for bringing Suralink to the firm six years ago, so I asked him about how that unfolded. He shared that Suralink was actually the first solution he brought on in his role leading innovation at the firm. He had taken a risk, as we were still fairly early-stage at that point. Since then, he’s brought on over 50 other technology solutions. But what really made me smile was when he said, “To this day, Suralink is still the best technology investment we’ve made.
