    There’s a vicious cycle quietly destroying modern GTM teams. It begins with a simple target: “We need to hit our pipeline goal.” What happens next? Marketing shifts all its energy toward generating more pipeline. More leads. More campaigns. More spend. At first, it feels like progress. Number go up? Yes. We're winning!
