What does it actually take to turn reliable data foundations into real business value? On November 13, we’re gathering at Weld HQ in Copenhagen for an afterwork session dedicated to that question together with Steep, Pyne - AI made useful, and Minimal Data. Expect an evening of insights, stories, and lessons from teams who’ve built modern data stacks that actually work, spanning data architecture, analytics, and modeling. There’ll be lightning talks, a panel discussion with real use cases, and plenty of time to connect with others in the data community. If you’re working in or around data, from engineering to analytics to operations, this is one you won’t want to miss. 📍 Weld HQ, Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé 41, Copenhagen 🗓 November 13 | ⏰ 5:00 PM CET 🎟 RSVP required, limited spots available 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d_x9X5Hn

Earlier this week, part of the Weld team joined Snowflake's World Tour in Stockholm 🇸🇪 It was a day full of great talks, interesting discussions, and lots of inspiration around data, AI, and the future of analytics. The Snowflake team did a fantastic job creating space for learning, connection, and a bit of fun along the way. We left with new ideas, new conversations, and even more excitement about where the data ecosystem is heading. 🚀 Pedro P. Ruxandra-Elena Urma #snowflakeworldtour #weld #datacommunity

Just released: Faster recovery for ETL jobs in Weld ❤️🩹 You can now retry failed syncs directly in Weld when the issue is on your side. For example, if you’ve updated credentials, fixed permissions, or resolved a connector error. Instead of waiting for a lock to clear, just fix the problem, click Retry, and Weld will rerun the job immediately. 🔗 Read more: https://weld.link/497bFXX #productupdate #etl

Sometimes your numbers just don’t line up. If you use Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing, you might notice that the revenue or conversion numbers in Klaviyo don’t always match what you see in Shopify or your data warehouse. It’s not a bug, it’s how Klaviyo handles attribution and data processing. Klaviyo's dashboard shows processed and attributed data, like which message or flow gets credit for a purchase, while API exports and warehouse data show raw event data that needs your own interpretation and aggregation. A few things that can cause differences: • Different attribution windows (e.g., 5 days for email clicks) • Last-touch attribution logic • Time zone differences between UI and API data • How Klaviyo defines “unique” users or events across periods So when Klaviyo reports $10K in attributed revenue and your warehouse shows $8.5K, it’s not that something’s broken, it’s just a different lens on the same story. 👉 The takeaway: a data discrepancy isn’t always an error. It’s a sign that you’re comparing different layers of processing and understanding how Klaviyo attributes and aggregates helps you get to the truth faster. #datanalytics #marketingdata #klaviyo #attribution #datainfrastructure
