The word is out! THM Media™ is excited to announce our newest platform, TheHomeMag Exchange. Already THE leader in home improvement marketing and media, THM Media, has acquired Naylor Exchange Events, expanding its footprint in the construction and home improvement event space. The events platform will now operate under its new name — TheHomeMag Exchange — and THM Media plans to host at least six annual events across the U.S. in key markets under the new brand. THM Media now operates in 70 markets across 30 states and has made strategic acquisitions central to its growth. The addition of Naylor Exchange Events reflects its broader commitment to delivering both digital and in-person platforms that serve professionals in the home improvement and construction industries. We’re thrilled to announce that THM Media™ has officially acquired Naylor Exchange Events. Effective immediately, the events platform will operate under its new name: TheHomeMag Exchange. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion of THM Media’s mission to serve the home improvement industry through innovative marketing, education, and networking opportunities. TheHomeMag Exchange will continue the legacy of the original Naylor Exchange Events—bringing together elite professionals from across the home building and improvement sectors—while introducing enhanced programming and deeper brand integration with TheHomeMag and AskHomey.com. As CEO, Thomas M. Bohn, shared, “With this acquisition, we’re not only continuing the success of a well-established event series—we’re elevating it.
