That ends today 👇 If you’re managing guest communication through OTA platforms like Booking.com, VRBO, Airbnb, or Agoda, you know the chaos: Guest messages arrive as separate emails, sometimes five or six for one guest. Each message starts a new thread. Each reply breaks the overview. And every time your team wants to respond, they have to click “Reply in OTA” - jumping back into the (OTA) platform.
