Troubleshoot Business Manager access

If you’ve been assigned a Business Manager role but can’t sign in to the account, you may need to confirm that your LinkedIn profile is associated with your new Business Manager profile.

If you receive an error message when you attempt to sign in:

  1. Make sure you accepted the Business Manager invite sent to you. If you can’t locate the invitation sent to you, contact a Business Manager admin to re-send the invitation or provide an activation link.

  2. Confirm your invite is still valid by contacting the Business Manager admin who sent it to you.

If your authentication fails when you sign in to your Business Manager account, you’ll be prompted to re-enter your LinkedIn profile sign-in credentials. If you have multiple LinkedIn profiles, make sure you’re signed in to the profile you used when you accepted the Business Manager invite.

If you don’t see any ad accounts or LinkedIn Pages, you haven’t yet been added to an account or Page in Business Manager. Contact a Business Manager admin to request access to ad accounts and Pages.
