After you add an ad account or LinkedIn Page to your Business Manager, you may see new people on the People page with the text Not in Business Manager next to their name. These are people who have access to an ad account or Page your Business Manager owns but have not been added to your Business Manager.
When a person is not in Business Manager, you can:
Invite them to your Business Manager. We recommend this option when the person works for your organization. All their ad account and Page permissions will automatically migrate to Business Manager.
Remove the person from Business Manager, which will remove them from all the ad accounts and Pages your Business Manager owns. We recommend this option when the person no longer works with your organization or works for an organization that your company used to work with.
Do nothing. We recommend this option when the person works for another organization that needs access to your ad accounts or Pages. Ask that organization to create a Business Manager so you share the ad accounts or Pages they need with them through a Business Manager Partnership. Once their people get access through their own Business Manager, they will be removed from your Business Manager.
To manage people who are not in Business Manager:
Sign in to Business Manager.
Click People in the left menu.
Find the correct person in the list and move your cursor over the Not in Business Manager text in the Business role column. Click the Review access button.
Answer the questions in the dialog that appears to either invite the person to your Business Manager or remove them from your Business Manager.
