You can create online job posts on LinkedIn to advertise open positions at your company. Make sure to review the best practices for posting jobs on LinkedIn before getting started. When you post a job, we’ll notify your coworkers and close connections in your 1st-degree network so they can also share the job with their own networks.

Click the
Jobs icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage. -
Click the
Post a job button. - If you're a Recruiter customer, you may be routed to a page with different contract options you're affiliated with. If so, click Continue next to (Your Name)'s LinkedIn Job Posting.

Enter the job title and click Start hiring with AI or Start with my job description.
- When you click Start hiring with AI, an AI-assistant will help draft a job post. If you choose to promote your job with Promoted Plus, it will also help find potential candidates and review applicants.

On the Job settings page, complete the following fields:
- Screening questions: Add questions to help identify qualified applicants.
- Rejection settings: Filter out and send rejections to applicants who don’t provide ideal answers to must-have screening questions.
- Manage applicants: Send email updates through LinkedIn or an external website. Add email address for applicant updates.
- #Hiring frame: Let your network know you’re hiring by adding the #Hiring frame to your profile.

Click Continue.

On the Ideal qualifications page, add your must-have and preferred qualifications and click Continue.

After you click the Promote job button, add your credit card details on the checkout page.
- You’ll see an estimated number of applicants populated on the page for each.
- You can set your budget for your Promoted or Promoted Plus job from this page. To do so, click the Edit icon. Your job post will be paused once your budget is met.
- If this is your first promoted job and you are using a free trial or promotional credit, this will be reflected in checkout.

Fill in your credit card details.
- If you already have a payment method on file, your default payment method will appear. Click Add payment if you'd like to add a new payment method for this purchase.

Review the order details before posting your job. You can see your daily average budget, total budget, and other details.

Click Promote job or Post without promoting.

Tap the
Jobs icon. -
Tap Post a job.

Enter the job title and tap Write with AI or Write on my own.

Add the Job Details, Job Description, and Job Settings (screening questions, application collection, and hiring frame).

Review the job post and tap Continue.

Tap Free or Promoted.

Tap Manage free job post or Review order summary.
