LinkedIn enables members to find their contacts and discover new people to connect with in many different ways. Your profile may appear in LinkedIn search results and on search tools or other services off LinkedIn.

Note: Changing the Profile discovery and visibility setting doesn’t limit visibility of your public profile (for example, on search tools), which can be controlled by the public profile setting. It also doesn’t limit the ability for Page owners to export your profile data and individual interactions with their Page, if you permit such access via the Page owners exporting your data setting.

  6. Your changes will be saved automatically.

Note: If you disable discover by email or discover by phone number lookup, others using permitted services off LinkedIn can still discover your profile based on your name and your organization. If you don't wish your profile to be discovered in off-LinkedIn services, edit your off-LinkedIn visibility setting instead.
