Visitor analytics for your LinkedIn Page

Track your LinkedIn Page’s visitor traffic and demographic trends to understand audience engagement. 

As a LinkedIn Page admin, you can gain a better understanding of your Page’s performance through visitor analytics which includes visitor traffic and demographic trends across different time periods.

Visitor analytics information for your LinkedIn Page is available to you from: 

  • Notifications tab in your LinkedIn Profile  
  • Activity tab on your LinkedIn Page – This tab tracks and displays all activity around your Page. You can click the Analytics tab to access detailed Visitor analytics. 
  • Visitors tab within the Analytics menu on your LinkedIn Page

If you have enabled notifications for Page-related insights, then you will see analytics information for your Page from the Notifications tab on your profile. If you are an admin for multiple LinkedIn Pages, then the Notifications tab displays analytics information for the recent Page that you had signed in to.  

Visitor analytics information in the Notifications tab from your profile displays the following:  

  • Number of new page visitors in the last 7 days 
  • Percentage change in the number of weekly visitors for the Page 

To view detailed analytics for your LinkedIn page, click the notification displayed in the Notifications tab from your profile, and it will take you to the Activity tab on your LinkedIn Page which tracks all activity related to your Page. From here, you can click Visitor analytics to view detailed information on visitors to your Page.  

Visitor analytics in your LinkedIn Page displays the following information: 

  • Visitor highlights - Number of total Page views, Unique visitors, and Custom button clicks in the last 30 days. It also indicates the percentage change from the previous 30 days.

  • Visitor metrics - Key metrics based on traffic to your Page and can be filtered by time ranges, Page sections, how many times your Page was viewed, and how many unique visitors (non-duplicate) visited your Page. These metrics can be viewed in aggregate or non-aggregate form.

  • Who’s visited your Page - List of recent visitors to your Page. As an admin, you can see up to one new visitor’s details each day when eligible members visit your Page. This is only available with a Premium Company Page subscription

  • Visitor demographics - A breakdown of who has visited your Page and can be filtered by time ranges, Job function, Location, Seniority, Industry, and Company size. Visitor demographics will be displayed as a percentage of the total number of unique visitors who view a Page post.

  • Life page traffic - Total number of visits and unique visitors to your Life Pages and can be filtered by time ranges, Published Pages, Unpublished Pages, or All Pages.

We've made changes to how we display visitor analytics on Pages to enhance privacy protection. As a result, visitor demographics below Visitor metrics and Visitor highlights may not update as often as the algorithm requires a minimum number of unique visitors to display results.
