Out-of-court dispute settlement bodies

Last updated: 1 year ago

Under the European Union’s Digital Services Act (DSA), LinkedIn users addressed by content moderation decisions referred to in Article 20(1) of the DSA are entitled to select any out-of-court dispute settlement body (ODS Body) that has been certified in accordance with Article 21 to resolve disputes they have about the decision.

Certification as an ODS Body is awarded by the Digital Services Coordinator of the EU Member State in which the ODS Body is established. The European Commission will publish a list of certified ODS Bodies on a dedicated website.

LinkedIn has developed a dedicated process to engage with ODS Bodies that have been certified in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA with a view to resolving relevant disputes in accordance with Article 21.

If you are an authorised representative of a certified ODS Body, please fill out this form to submit each dispute by a LinkedIn user relating to decisions referred to in Article 20(1) of the DSA, including complaints that have not been resolved by LinkedIn’s appeal mechanism. A separate form must be completed for each dispute. Please note that LinkedIn will only respond to forms submitted by ODS Bodies certified in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA.
