Reschedule a LinkedIn Page post

As a super or content admin of a Page, you can schedule a post to be published at a date and time that you choose. You can reschedule a post by accessing your scheduled posts. Rescheduling a post is currently only available on desktop and iOS.

To reschedule a post:

  1. Go to your Pages super or content admin view. 

  2. Click Page posts in the left menu.

  3. Click Start a post. A preview of your post opens.

  4. Click the  icon in the lower right. The Schedule post dialog opens.

  5. Click View all scheduled posts .

  6. Click the  More icon to the right of the post that you’d like to reschedule.

  7. Click  Modify schedule and select a new date and time from the dropdown menus. The time is based on your location. Click Next to save and review to the preview.

    • You can also enter the exact time to schedule a post instead of using the 30-minute increment options from the dropdown. 
  8. Select a new date and time from the dropdown menus. The time is based on your location. Click Next to save and return to the preview.

  9. Click the Schedule button in the lower-right corner. Your post will be published at the rescheduled date and time.

Important to know

The content and audience of a scheduled post currently can’t be edited. To edit a scheduled post, you must delete it and create a new scheduled post.
