For 2024-25, they set a partnership goal with us: generate an additional $500K across season tickets, partial plans, single games, and themed events. The result? Last week at the Golf Inc. Magazine Summit, I had the chance to join a panel conversation that really underscored a theme I keep coming back to: data is only as powerful as the decisions it drives. In golf, operators have access to more information than ever—rounds played, retail sales, simulator traffic, membership engagement, guest feedback. The real challenge isn’t collecting data, it’s knowing which numbers matter most and acting on them in real time. What stood out in our discussion: 📊 Not every KPI is equal—focus on the metrics that directly impact guest experience and revenue. ⚡ Speed matters—data loses value if it takes weeks to influence pricing, staffing, or programming decisions. ❤️ Data + human insight = impact—the numbers guide us, but it’s people who create memorable experiences.
