We are very conscientious about keeping Filament small, fast to load, and focused on rendering. For example, Filament does not compile materials at run time. Instead, we provide a command line tool (matc) that does this offline. Filament is a physically based rendering (PBR) engine for Android. The goal of Filament is to offer a set of tools and APIs for Android developers that will enable them to create high quality 2D and 3D rendering with ease. For both artists and developers, our system will rely on as few parameters as possible to reduce trial and error and allow users to quickly master the material model. A physically based approach must not preclude non-realistic rendering. User interfaces for instance will need unlit materials. Percollate

Percollate is a command-line tool that turns web pages into beautifully formatted PDF, EPUB, or HTML files. By default, percollate processes URLs in parallel. Use the --wait option to process them sequentially instead, with a pause between items. The delay is specified in seconds, and can be zero. By default, percollate bundles all web pages in a single file. Use the --individual flag to export each source to a separate file. Additional CSS styles you can pass from the command line to override styles specified by the default/custom stylesheet. Generate a hyperlinked table of contents. The option is implicitly enabled when bundling more than one web page to a single file. Disable this implicit behavior by passing the --no-to flag. The idea with percollate is to make PDFs that can be printed without losing where the hyperlinks point to. However, for some link-heavy pages, the appended hrefs can become bothersome. -

irs is a command-line application that downloads audio and metadata in order to package an mp3 with both. Extensible, the user can download individual songs, entire albums, or playlists from Spotify. Note that the binaries right now have only been tested on WSL. They should run on most Linux distros, and OS X, but if they don't please make an issue. At it's core irs downloads individual songs. It does this by interfacing with the Spotify API, grabbing metadata, and then searching Youtube for a video containing the song's audio. It will download the video using youtube-dl, extract the audio using ffmpeg, and then pack the audio and metadata together into an MP3. From the core, it has been extended to download the index of albums and playlists through the Spotify API, and then iteratively use the method described for downloading each song. -

Mac App Store command line interface. mas-cli is a simple command line interface for the Mac App Store. Designed for scripting and automation. mas requires Swift 5 runtime support. macOS 10.14.4 and later include it, but earlier releases did not. Each application in the Mac App Store has a product identifier which is also used for mas-cli commands. Using mas list will show all installed applications and their product identifiers. It is possible to search for applications by name using mas search which will search the Mac App Store and return matching identifiers. Include the --price flag to include prices in the result. mas is integrated with homebrew-bundle. If mas is installed, and you run brew bundle dump, then your Mac App Store apps will be included in the Brewfile created. See the homebrew-bundle docs for more details. mas operates via the same system services as the Mac App Store. -

q - Text as Data
Run SQL directly on CSV or TSV files
q is a command line tool that allows direct execution of SQL-like queries on CSVs/TSVs (and any other tabular text files). q treats ordinary files as database tables, and supports all SQL constructs, such as WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINs etc. It supports automatic column name and column type detection, and provides full support for multiple encodings. q fully supports all types of encoding. Use -e data-encoding to set the input data encoding, -Q query-encoding to set the query encoding, and use -E output-encoding to set the output encoding. Sensible defaults are in place for all three parameters. Files with BOM: Files which contain a BOM (Byte Order Mark) are not properly supported inside python's csv module. q contains a workaround that allows reading UTF8 files which contain a BOM - Use -e utf-8-sig for this. The plan is to separate the BOM handling from the encoding itself, which would allow to support BOMs for all encodings. -

Ansible Lint is a command-line tool for linting playbooks, roles and collections aimed towards any Ansible users. Its main goal is to promote proven practices, patterns and behaviors while avoiding common pitfalls that can easily lead to bugs or make code harder to maintain. Ansible lint is also supposed to help users upgrade their code to work with newer versions of Ansible. Due to this reason we recommend using it with the newest version of Ansible, even if the version used in production may be older. As any other linter, it is opinionated.
