We have abandoned another very popular CSR system in Kustomer's favour, which was a great decision.
This app is flexible, tech support is always here for you, and new features are added constantly. Starting with filters and automation and ending with a smart chatbot (integrated into Shopify in the blink of an eye), we enjoy working with it.

Kustomer integrates well with Shopify. All order info comes through to the customer's timeline and allows us to easily see order history. We have had kustomer integrated with Shopify for a few years and have never had any data syncing issues.
