Klaviyo has been a game-changer for our Shopify store!

Setting it up was seamless, and the integration with Shopify works perfectly. I love how easy it is to create professional-looking email campaigns with their drag-and-drop editor, while still having the flexibility to customize with advanced features.

The automation flows (like abandoned cart, welcome series, and post-purchase follow-ups) run smoothly and save us so much time. On top of that, the customer segmentation tools are extremely powerful — we’re able to send highly targeted campaigns that actually convert.

Since switching to Klaviyo, we’ve seen a clear improvement in both engagement and sales. If you’re running a Shopify store and want to take your email marketing to the next level, I highly recommend it.

Klaviyo is by far the best email marketing programme out there. Knocks the spots of some other well-known offerings that I have tried. They have taken a complicated operation and made it simple for people with no prior experience, and offer exceptional training and support. I recommend Klaviyo to everyone and find it to be one of the most useful tools in my box for increasing customer loyalty and conversions.

My issue was resolved, but I experienced over 500 random bot sign-ups through Klaviyo, which forced me to spend around an extra $100 to cover the additional charges. After being billed for three months, I requested either a refund or a discount, as the issue wasn’t my fault — but my request was declined. As a loyal customer, I found this quite disappointing and lacking any gesture of goodwill.

Update: I have been credited the amount by their helpful support staff, I have changed to 5 stars :)
