The process was easy and fast. It was pretty clear that Bounce was new to this particular store because three clerks gathered around another clerk while she coached them through it. But it didn't take long and was no big deal. In general it was super easy and a good deal for the money.

Easy and convenient. The first person I talked to didn't know what Bounce was so it took a moment to get sorted but then it was easy! Felt very secure knowing people were staffing it all day.

Everything was excellent, staff was fast and friendly. The only recommendation I would make is putting a Bounce Logo where it is visible. This was inside the UPS store, and maybe we should have known this? But we didn’t. It took us a few minutes to find the location. Otherwise, the experience was awesome. It was so nice to be able to explore the Inner Harbor without our luggage. Highly recommend!
