Check in and checkout is very efficient. For us it was ok but baggage is stored in the corner of the restaurant, not behind any door or private room, next to the main entrance. Might be relevant to some customers.

Being inside the station, it is a very convenient solution for leaving your luggage rather than carrying it around the city if you need to wait a long time before leaving.

Dropping off my luggage was quick and easy, but picking it up was a bit chaotic because the stated hours differ from the actual opening hours. The location closes from 1 PM to 4:30 PM, and there's a line to pick up my luggage at 4:30 PM.

Well located between the train station and the old town. Opening times should be checked. We were planning to stay until 7pm, but we were back at 6.40pm and all the gates were closed. Luckily a friendly salesperson from the shop next door called the owner of the coffee shop and everything worked out fine. Thank you.

Very useful service and found by chance in an emergency situation. I booked the deposit in 2 minutes and the Giocheria was extraordinary. Very helpful and truly impeccable staff.

When I made a reservation I specifically selected a location that would be open all day, so we would be very flexible in picking up our bags. When we got to Mezzo Spirito Bar it turned out it wasn't open that day. Even though the communication with the owner was very good this resulted in us having to wait almost 20 minutes when we wanted to pick up our suitcase, as we arrived 15 minutes earlier than the agreed time for pickup. The location is very convenient, right in the old center of Lecce.
