To send messaging, via a segment-triggered flow? If you plan to use this for a segment-triggered flow to send some messaging, you might define the segment as Properties about someone > start_date > day is in the next 2 days. If you want to avoid hitting people whose start_date is in <1 day, you could layer on a flow profile filter (properties about someone > start_date > day is in next 1 days) to avoid sending to people where start_date is in next 1 day. Feel free to share more details about your case + happy to help! 

Oh, I see! Where / when are you trying to send this to customers? As part of a flow? Or another way?I’ve seen a number of klaviyo brands integrate with apps that help to include more dynamic/personalized/ai-powered product recommendations. 

Hi ​@ElisaC, sorry I’m not sure of a way you can include dynamic product recommendations in a text-only email. But you can definitely do this in the drag-and-drop editor. You can definitely add static product recommendations here, using images and links. Can you share more info on why you’re trying to do this in the text-only editor vs. klaviyo’s drag-and-drop editor?

Klaviyo’s TS SDK has a set of types which might be useful to you - https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-api-node Definitely recommend first creating the flow in the UI + making slight transformations as you go.

The subscribe page has a URL you can copy and share on social media or via QR code

Hey ​@Maredius, I think you could solve this for both new and existing profiles — ensuring everyone gets the Oct Bestsellers or Dec Bestsellers, as expected — using Cadence. It would be set up as a recurring campaign vs. a flow. In a flow, new profiles would start at the top and go through previous months’ content. It’s kind of similar to the Word of the Day blog post I have here. Happy to connect to help you solve this!

The profile would have to confirm their subscription in order for the profile to be created and added to the list. 2. Are you using the latest revision (2025-07-15), or another one? 3. Have you tried using a more realistic email address that you control? It’s possible that klaviyo is filtering this out as a “fake” profile

Hey ​@lisaspencer and  ​@In the Inbox, there’s actually now a better way to do recurring campaigns with Klaviyo! Check out Cadence, which would allow you to easily configure a weekly campaign sent to a particular segment. It creates and schedules the campaign shortly before your desired send time and does it automatically so you never miss a send and it always sends to the fresh segment audience each time.

This post references using the Query Metric Aggregates API, which is not a good 1:1 analog for the report displayed in the UI. There’s a newer reporting API that should be used instead to get matching data. See https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/reporting_api_overview

Hey @arens.myzyri, Klaviyo doesn’t currently support webhooks for this. The approach I’ve found most reliable is to handle OAuth refresh errors correctly. In particular, an invalid_grant error (documented here: https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/troubleshoot_oauth_errors#error-descriptions-for-invalid-refresh-token) indicates that the user has removed the app from Klaviyo, which revokes all access and refresh tokens. The behavior you’ll see is that an access token—while not yet “expired” based on its issuance—will start returning 401s, and the invalid_grant error will appear when attempting a refresh. Since my app doesn’t check this every hour, I’ve added a “health check” that runs when users visit the integrations page to confirm their connection is still valid. If your app has more frequent background jobs, you could incorporate a similar check there.
