AirPods Pro 3 Apple Health Source

Hi, I just bought AirPods Pro 3 and paired them with my iPhone Air.

Now, in the Health App, the AirPods are listed as a Source under devices, and it is normal since they have embedded hearth rate monitor.

The problem is that they are listed three time, and one of the 3 instances shows it collected data, the other shows no data but has the toggle to enable and disable HR monitor, the third has no data and no toggle, and can't be removed from the sources even if if has no data.

Is this a common behavior? can it be solved in order to have just one instance for AirPods Pro?

I have exactly same issue, so annoying. Same AirPod Pro 3 showing up 7 times in Health app as device. I reset Airpod Pro 3, deleted from all my devices (AWU3, IPad Mini 17Pro, MacBook Pro and IPhone Air). Come back many times again. Never happened with AirPod Pro 2 or Shokz across my devices.

I would appreciate help from #Apple Support. Have Apple Care+ so will use that path too.
