How can I replace my AirPods Pro ear tips?

Hi,

i just accidently teared my 1st gen Airpods Pro right eartip. I wanted to order replecament but it is not available online at any Apple retail shop or offical page. I contacted the Apple Chat support where I’ve been told to buy 3rd party replacement. I asked which one is the officially recommended 3rd party ear tip by Apple. Answer was no such thing.

what am I supposed to do now dear very environment friendly green Apple company? Should I throw out my perfectly working Airpods Pro and buy a new one just because I broke a 10 cents worth silicone ear tip? How can you not sell replacement for a product that is only a few years old? Is this how you protect the environment?

No, Apple is not going to recommend a third party seller. But as another Apple user, I can tell you that I've had good luck with Amazon. Plus, if you are not happy, they have a good return policy.

Since this is your second posting about tips tearing on a second type of AirPods, I strongly suggest you read the instructions in your other thread about how to carefully and properly remove the ear tips. Otherwise your tips will continue to tear.

I understand I can buy them fromAmazon or Aliexpress of Temu, they all have tons if them, but I would prefer buying official Apple product, not a cheap mockup for my expensive and PREMIUM Appple product 🙄

also what do you mean my second post about second type of Airpods? I never had a different type of Airpod, only this one. You mistake me with someone else.
