Hello, I bought a phone on March 26, 2025, and today, on October 18, my phone's battery is at 89% and has 321 recharge cycles. The phone is quickly running out of power, and I'm wondering if this is a warranty issue. Can you replace the battery or return money for this telephone ?

Apple will replace the battery free of charge if the Maximum Capacity has dropped below 80% in the first year of operation.
If you purchased the phone new from an authorized Apple seller, the warranty on the battery will expire on March 25, 2026, so your battery's Maximum Capacity would need to be less than 80% before that date to qualify for a free replacement.
if it gets below 80% capacity before the limited 12 mth warranty runs out then they should replace it free, otherwise 89% is not a warranty issue.

is the coverage still live or expired? If you bought it genuinely new it should still be covered.
From where and from whom did you buy this phone? What model?
321 cycles is a very large number since March of this year. My iPhone has only 162 cycles since its purchase in late 2024. Is this a used or refurbished device?
