Weapon with permanent enchantments cause issues for actors
Starting since 0.50, OpenMW plays a sound and visual effects when actor equips a weapon with permanent enchantment.
But it seems like actors periodically re-equip weapons. As a result, OpenMW plays magic sound at random times (without visual effects in this case), and for some reason it sometimes causes stuttering.
On my setup a simplest way to reproduce the issue is to equip a dremora or skeleton with bound weapons (select a hostile bipedal creature in console and execute cast "bound battle-axe" player
).
A 0.49 release does not have this issue.
