Web: Upgrades page (in-app)

Goal

Increase awareness and understanding of Minds paid upgrades by making messaging and upgrade paths easily accessible in the app.

What needs to be done

• Build an in-app screen that messages channel upgrade options at a high level (mirroring content from #4358)
• Learn more links outs to /about/upgrades
• Upgrade / Gift toggle changes the function of Minds+ and Pro CTAs below to launch gift purchase flows
• Get Minds+ button launches Minds+ wire modal purchase flow.
• Get Minds Pro button launches Minds Pro wire modal purchase flow.
• Learn more under Servers/Networks clicks to the product page for Servers/Networks.
