Mark latest page version in UI model

Under the page.versions property in the UI model, mark the version which is the latest using the latest property and make the latest page version referenceable via page.versions.latest. This can be useful both for creating a "jump to latest version" link and to add a visual indicator in the page version selector.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
