So far...

• Add yourself to package.json "if necessary" means "if missing"
• If you aren't a project "member" you won't be able to change any issue attributes, so ask on gitter antora/dev for someone to do it for you.
• If the issue is assigned but work has not started, go ahead and reassign it to yourself.
