Run tests in CI on all supported versions of Node

The tests in CI are currently only running on Node 10. At least nightly and before a release, the tests should also be run other supported versions of Node (currently Node 12 and Node 14).

It's not necessary to run the lint step or generate coverage reports on these additional Node versions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
