Creating organization autofill problem(s)

Description

When creating an organization, typing a name in the first input field autofills the organization-Id input field. However, this does not let you create the new organization. To create an organization, you must explicitly edit the organization-Id input field yourself first and then click create new organization. This should work immediately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to organizations in Appsemble studio
2. Click the "Create new organization" button
3. Type any string of characters in the first (organization name) input field
4. Try to create the new organization by clicking the "Create new organization" button in the bottom right
