When managing file cards, simulate removal/insertion of the cards, so OZ Card Manager may register changes

Currently, OZvm writes directly to inserted file cards without simulating slot flap open/close. This may lead to confusion in OZ of what actually is available as "external" files on memory cards inserted in slots 1-3.

Therefore, signal to the simulated hardware to open flap, manage contents, apply new file are card id, then close flap.

Closing of the card flap with new card id will help the OZ card manager to refresh slot contents properly.

Ensure that all slots containing a file card / area gets the card removed, keeping flap open.
