[Feature] Moderation by page path

In the case of multiple moderators it would be nice to make the process of reviewing comments more efficient by being able to configure page-paths that each moderator is responsible for.

That could be done by also maintaining a list of globs or regexes for each moderator and then validating them for each page if the moderator is eligible. The default setting could then be a * for each moderator. That those moderators can only moderate on their specified pages would not be that important; only sending the emails to the responsible moderators would already greatly help in increasing the efficiency.
