Update base image version in Dockerfile.build-all

Latest comentario requires go 1.24, but the base image in Dockerfile.build-all still uses golang:1.23-alpine causing the build to fail.

Thanks for your work! Comentario was a beautiful addition to my setup for using Wordpress as a Static Site Generator.
