Login displays 32 GitHub and 32 Google login buttons after upgrading to 3.14.0

I enabled the GitHub and Google login buttons for the comments Sign in. They were working fine. But now after upgrading to Comentario version 3.14.0, I am getting 32 GitHub login buttons and 32 Google login buttons.
